Fair price, great service. Quickly diagnosed two issues and repaired the same day for a fair price. Multiple mechanics were not able able to correctly diagnose one of the issues and Xi knew right away. I moved on island a couple of years ago and wish I found Xi sooner.

Had a very pleasant and reasonable experience. I found the open communication and honest feedback helpful. We have an 89 BMW and needed some work done that was beyond my skill level, and I found the experience a positive.

Every other shop wanted almost twice what they charged us. Finished repairs ahead of time, Full itinerary of parts and services provided, Gave me a year warranty on parts and repairs guaranteeing their quality work. Would recommend to anyone with a BMW or Mini.

Xi is the MAN!! So glad I found Xi Automotive for my BMW. Xi works with honesty and integrity which is not easy to find among European car mechanics anywhere in my experience. This is the first time I've posted any review on a mechanic in my life after have many European cars in USA Europe and Australia. Glad to have found you my brother Xi. Xi found two problems with our Mini Cooper that know one else could figure out. He did everything as promised on budget and time! We would definitely use him again . He was also to explain things in a way my wife could understand. She was very impressed by him!

XI is great! Easy to communicate with, won't try to scam you. Very knowledgeable and give additional advice and finding while working on your vehicle. Would reccomend to any BMW owner. If you think his prices are expensive, then you shouldn't own a BMW, over half the price over a dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with them. Was seen to assess the problem with my mini cooper and scheduled an appointment quickly. I got into a minor accident the day before my appointment and the additional damages were fixed well. Communication was clear and pricing was reasonable. Would recommend here instead of mini dealership.
